Ultimately, what are business owners looking for when they think about succession? Is it leaving on their terms? Leaving a good legacy? What about living happily in the “fifth quarter” of their life? All of these discussions took place on Wednesday in Oak Park at the Q5 Experience first “Spring Fling” event. Q5 team members, FAI colleagues Chris Cousins, Matt Dery, Danette Bell, Mike Kucera, and others were on hand to chat with local centers of influence at this networking event. It was a great way to talk about business succession planning and highlight some of the things that Q5 has to offer.
