“We remain young to the degree that our ambitions are greater than our memories”
– Dan Sullivan
Chris entered the financial industry in 1992, and has been part of the Financial Architects team since late 2004, initially working almost exclusively in the area of portfolio management. Today, as the President and co-owner of Financial Architects, and co-owner of Empowering Futures and the LifeMethod Process, he spends time on business strategy and direction, in addition to working with clients that own businesses as well as those near or in the business exit and retirement stage of their lives. As a long term entrepreneur, focusing in these areas of opportunity engages his core passions, understanding and experience.

From the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA, they include The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 2002, the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) in 2014 and the Chartered Advisor of Philanthropy (CAP) in 2015. From the Exit Planning Institute, he most recently achieved the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) in 2020. He is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Related to community, he currently serves as a Board Member for The Cousins Family Foundation, The FACES Foundation, and the Financial Architects Foundation. His collective 20 years of involvement with these organizations is an expression of his passion for the conversations and activities related to philanthropy.
Finally, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends, fitness training and enjoying more than 35 years of playing music with drums, piano and most recently, acoustic guitar. A resident of Brighton since 1998, Chris and his wife Susan have two grown daughters, Ella and Olivia.
