On March 12, the Financial Architects team gathered in Novi for our Annual Workshop. This was an opportunity for the team to get together and look ahead to the remainder of 2024 as well as sharpen the saw. Our company President, Chris Cousins, presented to the team on the state of the company and all of the exciting growth components that are in place for the coming year and beyond. VP Pat Marody talked about how far the firm has come over the past few years, focusing on “Transformation, Transition, and Takeoff.”

In addition, we had two guest speakers that really caught the team’s attention. First was Chris Meso of T-Rex Advisory and the Q5 Experience. Chris serves as a business coach for FAI and he highlighted the importance of company vision. Preston True from Get Fit TPA joined us after lunch to go over Working Genius, a team assessment tool that really brings organizations together to work smarter and not harder. It was a fantastic day for our squad!
