Jim oversees the mortgage division of Financial Architects—an area he established for the firm in 1998. In addition, he has been cultivating financial relationships for individuals and business owners with the firm since 1993.
Prior to joining Financial Architects, Jim owned and operated several automotive aftermarket franchises in the Detroit area where he received many top sales awards and served on the national advertising committee.
When working with clients, it is important to him to listen to their concerns and goals first and subsequently share sound financial principles that help them maximize their goals with the least amount of risk.
Jim has been extremely active in his church and has served as a youth group sponsor, been involved in men’s groups and pre-marriage mentoring. He and his wife Theresa, have been married since 1976 and reside on Woodland Lake in Brighton. They have two sons, Ryan and Aryn, both of whom are in the financial services industry. Jim enjoys sports with his sons and traveling with his wife (especially to Chicago to see their grandson).
