Cousins Cooks for Charity

On Saturday, March 7th, one of our team members, Chris Cousins, fulfilled a silent auction bid item by preparing a dinner for five at the Bloomfield Hills home of Christine John, a realtor with Hall and Hunter in Bloomfield Hills.  In addition to managing portfolio assets, Chris is currently a Board member of the FACES Foundation www.thefacesfoundation.org. Last June at the annual FACES golf outing, he placed a silent auction item:  DINNER PARTY PREPARED IN YOUR HOME.  Christine John was the winning bidder, and invited 4 close friends to her home for dinner.  As scheduled, at 5:30pm, March 7th, Chris Cousins and Danette Bell, business coach (www.thebcg.com ) and a client of the firm, showed up with food and supplies ready to get to work.  

It was a chance for a group of five close friends to get together, and at the same time have a multiple course meal prepared and served (including clean up).  Best of all, 100% of the proceeds went to the FACES Foundation.  Mr. Cousins is looking forward to doing it again next year!
