Chris entered the financial industry in 1992, working with investments as well as in the pension administration business. Today, as part of the Financial Architects planning team, Chris specializes in developing and overseeing portfolio management processes from the macro level. Much of his time is spent managing assets for retired business owners; therefore, there is a focus on managing large taxable accounts in addition to retirement accounts.
Chris earned his Chartered Financial Consultant designation (ChFC) from the American College in 1999, and is also a Series 24 registered principal. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and The Knights of Columbus in Brighton, MI. Chris serves on the building and finance committee for St. Mary Magdalene Church in Brighton, where he also plays drums at the weekly service.
He enjoys playing and recording music, traveling and reading. A resident of Brighton since 1998, Chris and his wife, Susan, have two daughters, Ella and Olivia.
